excellent closet friendly staff fantastic massage
The suite had excellent closet space, rare in similar establishments. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during my entire stay. My visit to the spa included a massage, and it was fantastic!!!
I found it slightly inconvenient that I could not locate a hook for my dressing gown.

convenient location comfortable room delicious breakfast
the location was superb, near shops and metro stations. the room was pretty and comfortable. i appreciated the delicious breakfast with various options.
the steam room was not working . that was disappointing as i was looking forward to using it. i hope they fix it soon.

the receptionists were very helpful, offering directions. housekeeping ensured the room remained super clean. the staff at breakfast assisted with beverages each morning.

okay experience
friendly staff afternoon check easy access meager buffet no fresh egg dark hallway
the staff was very friendly. housekeeping checked in late afternoon. the location has easy access to the metro.
the breakfast buffet was pretty meager. i was never told that i could order eggs freshly made. the hallways were dark, i seemed like i was in a dungeon.
